The place we stayed at had a stunning view of the lake and mountains. to that, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed. the staff was polite and friendly, and breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food.
The overall experience was ruined by the outdated facilities. the hotel definitely needs some upgrading as many things were not up to the standard we were expecting.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and festive, and the free hot chocolate was a nice touch. the location was great - close to the ski slopes and with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
Our room was not clean when we arrived, and it took a while to get someone to come and rectify the situation. while we enjoyed the location and atmosphere, the lack of cleanliness and subpar dining options were major drawbacks.

So, I went on a Christmas holiday with my family, and honestly, it was not as enjoyable as we hoped for. there were some positive aspects of the hotel. the fact that they offered free hot cocoa really made a difference on the chilly winter nights. the location was perfect for us since it was just a short walk away from the ski slopes. Lastly, we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning.
the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and we had to call housekeeping to come clear up the mess.

The staff was helpful and friendly despite our limited French. The view from our apartment was amazing. We extended our stay twice and will definitely come back. Best aspects: fine location on the lake, clean rooms, friendly staff.
